High-pressure blowers with pressure exceeding 40 kPa have various uses, such as in sewage treatment plants for treating waste water, sewage discharged from homes and factories, and in copper refineries.

Cast-iron multi-stage blowers

This is a blower in which 3 to 9 stages of centrifugal impellers are enclosed in a cast-iron casing.

Features

  1. Capacity can be controlled with high operational efficiency using an inlet blade flow rate control device provided at the impeller inlet, which helps to support energy efficiency.
  2. The casing can be divided into two parts in the middle, which means less work required for dismantling and assembly.
  3. It has its own separate oil supply device, so installation and maintenance can be performed without affecting the other blowers.

This is a blower that operates at high rotational speeds of 15,000 to 25,000 min-1 by using a gear with a single-stage impeller.

Features

  1. This is a compact unit type with a blower, step-up gears, motor, and oil supply device on a common base.
  2. Only a small area is needed for installation, and the work required for transport and installation is minimal.
  3. Allows free choice of discharge direction, so the piping layout can be flexibly arranged.
