Hitachi Plant Technologies, Ltd established through the merger of Hitachi Plant Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd, Hitachi Kiden Kogyo, Ltd, Hitachi Industries Co, Ltd and a part of Hitachi's Industrial Systems Group.

Hitachi, Ltd has merged Hitachi Plant Technologies, Ltd, integrating with Hitachi's Infrastructure System Group
